Features:

1.       The flush deck type

The flat panel end wall folds flat on the deck to bear full cargo pressures and convert the unit as platform.

2.  High strength

The design is placed on high strength as main rails using 18 mm flange material with high corrosion resistant steels and fasteners.

3        Quality floor

45 mm Swedish Redwood pine meeting Australian Dept of Health requirements is fastened with zinc coated floor screws to minimize corrosion.

4. Twist lock

The flip over twist locks for interlocking up to 4 racks when repositioning is provided by Duraloc, which is rated and certified at 50 tons.

5. Gravity lock

End wall gravity locks latch with anti seize pins were fitted at all 4 positions to provide positive end wall lock down and applied special feature to lock corner fitting tightly.

6. Hinge pin

End wall hinge pins have machined annular grooves to ensure adequate lubrication of the bearing surfaces.

7. Forklift pocket

Fork lift pockets are provided for lifting when unladen.
